Becerril is a village with 1,140 inhabitants, with the typical characteristics of Tierra de Campos in the province of Palencia, where part of the cereal plain is now an area with crops that need irrigarion with so many trees. It is an area with plenty of water which is crossed by the river Carrión and the Castilla Canal.

    To come to the village from Palencia we have to take the C-613 road towards Sahagún.
