    Villabrágima has got 1,239 inhabitants, 6,624 hectares and the river Sequillo crooses it. The small village of Villaesper is within the area of Villabrágima.

    The village depends on agriculture and on cattle raising, especially ovine and porcine cattle.Agricultural workers can see the changes of the old rural period and the techniques of modern society.

    It has got an important economical development and there is not so much unemployment . So many people work in their own farms.

    There are also many services such as garages for agricultural machines, products for cattle (feeding stuffs,sanitary products,products for milking), several banks and so on.

    Another important aspect in the economy of Villabrágima is the fact that there are several companies, most of them ruled by the members of the same family.Most of them are bricklayer companies and they work in the villages around.
