
GASTRONOMY
Pigkilling products are typical products in Villabrágima. Pigkilling is made in winter and represents an important source of food based on this animal. These products are "chorizo",(hard pork sausage), salami, cured ham. Villabrágima, due to pig cattle raising and due to several butcher shops, is an important pork dealer in all the villages around.
They are also famous that delicatessen (cakes and buns) made in the two bakeries of the village.
